One queue
Patient texts, emails, and calls arrive in a single list, attributed to the right patient, with clinical content separated from logistics. Ordered by what needs the physician rather than by what arrived last.
For concierge & direct primary care
Concierge medicine sells access. That promise scatters the substance of care across texts, calls, and messages the medical record cannot see. CareSafe brings it back — one queue, drafted replies, and a two-minute brief before every visit.
Currently in limited pilot with independent practices.
Patient texts, emails, and calls arrive in a single list, attributed to the right patient, with clinical content separated from logistics. Ordered by what needs the physician rather than by what arrived last.
CareSafe prepares a reply grounded in that patient's chart and the thread's history, with its sources attached. Nothing reaches a patient until the physician approves it.
A two-minute brief before each appointment: what changed since the last visit, what the patient raised in between, what is still open, and what is worth asking. Every line cites its source.
Enterprise clinical software assumes integration teams and eighteen-month procurement. Concierge and direct primary care practices have one to five physicians, a small staff, and no IT department. CareSafe reads from the practice's EMR through certified FHIR APIs the practice enables itself — no integration project.
